If you receive an email or call from a company claiming that they will help your registration of COLA2021/2022, it is a scam. Do not send your credit card details under any circumstances.
The Organizing Committee has nothing to do with those companies.

Registration

Registration for COLA2021/2022 is closed.

*Recorded videos of oral sessions incl. Q&A and pre-recorded videos of all oral and poster presentations will be delivered on demand from 10:00, May 9 to 17:00 May 20 [JST]. People registered as in-person or virtual can access them.

Deadlines

*Abstract will be excluded from the Final Program if the presenter does not complete both the REGISTRATION and PAYMENT by the deadline of the Early Registration, 12:00noon, 8 April [JST].

• *Exclusion from taxation.
• *To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student during the conference (24 – 29 April, 2022).
  Please submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) including the expiry date through the registration process.
• *The registration site will be closed for a few hours due to the system maintenance when the Early period and Regular period end.
• *Onsite Regiatration will not be accepted due to the limitation of the number of local participants considering the infectious disease control.

Conference Banquet (in-Person)

• Date/Time: 18:00 – 20:00, 26th, April 2022 Place: Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu
• For those who registered “ [[ Regular ]] In-Person ” and “ [[ Student ]] In-Person ” are invited to the conference banquet.
• However, please note that this is not guaranteed depending on the situation of COVID-19. The further information will be sent to you before the starting date of the conference.
• To prevent COVID-19 infection, we accept maximum 75 participants for conference banquet. Applications to conference banquet can be accepted based on a first come, first served policy.

Accompanying Person (in-Person)

• JPY 8,000 (Attendance to the Conference Banquet)
• Please note that this is not guaranteed depending on the situation of COVID-19. The refund will be made in case of the cancellation.

Payment Method

• * Registration will be completed only with full payment.
• * Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
• * Registration fee payment must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.
• * Since international wire transfer may take a few weeks to receive the detailed information of the payment, we will not accept bank transfer payment after April 8th.

Credit Card by Online

• Please use a credit card that is valid at least until May 2022.
• Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “COLA2021/2022”. However, the name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
• Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.

Issuance of Invoice/Receipt

• You can download an Invoice and/or a Receipt from “My page”. (We do not accept requests of receipt issuance via email or postal mail.)

Change/Cancellation Policy

• After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change nor cancel your registration status online. For change or cancellation of your registration, please contact COLA2021/2022 Registration Desk by e-mail (COLAcola2021-regist COLAor|knt|co|jp) with your name and Registration Number.
• The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon – Fri 10:00–17:00 [JST] except National holidays).
  (Kindly note that Registration Desk will be closed on Feb. 11, 23 and March 21 due to the National Holidays in Japan.)
• After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next working day, which may incur charges.

* Cancellation Policy for Registration

• Before and on 8th April, 2022: No Charge (*Commission fee will be deducted.)
• On and after 9th April, 2022: 100% of the registration fee/NO REFUND

Refund

• Refunds will be made before the conference upon with deducting credit card service charges and the commission fee.
• The refund will be made to the same credit card.
